Good Morning! Hot Weather Reminder… Drink plenty of water throughout the day - even if you don't feel thirsty.Wear sunscreen , a hat and light loose fitting clothing. Keep your home cool by closing curtains during the day and opening windows when it is cooler. Avoid strenuous activity during the hottest hours of the day. Never leave children, vulnerable adults or pets in a parked vehicle - even for a few minutes. Check on your elderly neighbours who may be vulnerable to the heat. Lets all enjoy the sunshine safely and look out or each other If you see someone showing signs of heat exhaustion or heat stroke, seek medical advice promptly, in an emergency, always call 999.
